Our Lead HVAC Installers are provided with take-home vehicles stocked with company provided tools, parts.
We also provides free CEU’s, and technicians receive a company issued cell phone and tablet.
Technicians can make $60K-$100K + annually with our performance pay plan.

HVAC Installer Job Description:

HVAC Installers are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. They must have a thorough understanding of the principles of thermodynamics, electricity, and mechanics.

What is HVAC Installer Skills Required?

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems
• Ability to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Good communication and customer service skills

What is HVAC Installer Qualifications?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in HVAC systems
• Certification from a recognized HVAC organization
• Valid driver’s license
