EDUCATION – High School Diploma or Equivalent.
EXPERIENCE – Three (3) years healthcare, industrial, or commercial HVAC experience.
EQUIVALENCY – Completion of apprenticeship in related field will substitute for the HVAC certification.
Maintains safe and clean machine rooms as assigned by the manager.
Performs preventative maintenance to ensure proper operation and efficiency of all HVAC equipment as assigned by manager to minimize failures.
Performs basic on-demand electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, safety, and other miscellaneous maintenance duties.
