This includes providing case management, counseling, and other services to individuals and families in need. This position requires a high level of knowledge and experience in the field of human services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Human Service Worker III is also responsible for developing and implementing individual and family service plans, monitoring progress, and providing referrals to appropriate community resources. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
• At least three years of experience in human services
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check

• Knowledge of human services principles, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of community resources and services
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to human services
Job Experience
• At least three years of experience in human services
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Experience developing and implementing individual and family service plans
• Experience in crisis intervention
