Overview The Human Resources Generalist First Shift is responsible for providing a wide range of HR services and support to the organization. This includes recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Detailed Job Description• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Recruit and onboard new employees
• Manage employee relations issues
• Administer benefits programs
• Process payroll
• Maintain employee records
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees
• Develop and implement training programs
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Participate in special projects and initiatives
Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of employee relations issues
• Knowledge of benefits administration
• Knowledge of payroll processing
Job Experience
• 5+ years of HR experience
