Inspects building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

Inspects and repairs electrical and plumbing problems as well as any structural issues.

Looks for ways to optimize space and reduce operating costs.

Reviews utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.

Manages the hiring, onboarding and review process of new team members

Assist with ATH Healthcare & Hospital partners to manage membership programs, focus on

Understand, manage, train on our Hubspot (CRM) and Mindbody.

Prospecting leads for all training offerings within the facility

Execute customer retention and manage membership lifecycle

Facility Sales and Operations Manager

Pay commensurate with experience and education

Knowledge of Life Safety & Security Systems (includes Fire Alarm Panel, Security Alarms, etc.)

At least 5 years related facilities/building experience in a high profile organization, corporation, or high rise apartment complex

Knowledge of building operating systems, i.e. BMS System (monitors our HVAC & Boilers)

Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Strong customer service and verbal and written communication skills
