Human Resources Automation Analyst Jobs in Georgia

Looking for someone with experience with data and analytics, ideally in HR (1-2 years' experience)

Tableau, Power BI, Workday, and/or Salesforce experience desired

Open to recent grads with some experience

Looking for single point of contact to provide support to HR on reporting and analytics requests

Need MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr on w2 to $29.00/hr on w2

3 years of combined experience in HR and payroll, compensation, HRIS, IT, or project management

Responsible for implementation, project management, and/or communication related to HRIS implementation

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field required; A combination of education and experience may be considered

Manages employee exit survey data, analyzes patterns, provide insights/recommendations to CHRO

May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.

Experience using HR information systems; Experience with ADP, VeraCross, PandaDoc, and/or File Maker preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MGIS, or Technology Management or equivalent job experience (2+ years)

Manage implementation and deployment of automated revenue processes and systems.

Experience with SQL, Power BI, and Excel reporting

Knowledge and application of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

Maintain current reporting for Revenue Accounting

Streamline and automate current processes.
