Overview The Human Resource Service Delivery Representative II is responsible for providing customer service to internal and external customers in the areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to payroll, benefits, and employee relations. This position is responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance and support to customers. Detailed Job Description The Human Resource Service Delivery Representative II is responsible for providing customer service to internal and external customers in the areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to payroll, benefits, and employee relations. This position is responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance and support to customers. The Human Resource Service Delivery Representative II will also be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to customers, as well as maintaining customer records and files. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
• Knowledge of employee relations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
