The Human Resource Benefits Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department in the areas of employee benefits and payroll. • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and other voluntary benefits
• Assist with the administration of payroll, including processing payroll, calculating taxes, and ensuring accuracy of employee records
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data
• Assist with the preparation of benefit and payroll reports
• Assist with the preparation of benefit and payroll documents
• Assist with the implementation of new benefits and payroll programs
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to benefits and payroll
• Assist with the development and implementation of training programs related to benefits and payroll
• Assist with the development and maintenance of employee benefit and payroll systems
