They are responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees, as well as providing guidance and support to existing employees. They also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. They are responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees, as well as providing guidance and support to existing employees. They also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. They must ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are followed, and that all employees are treated fairly and equitably. Human Resources Generalists must also stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is in compliance. Job Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in human resources
• Professional certification in human resources (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)

• Knowledge of employee benefits and payroll
