Temporary Casual/Per-Diem employee are eligible to enroll/recieve the following benefits:

Eligible casual employees may enter as Classifc or PEPRA members if qualifying requirements are met.

*Availability of benefits are dependent upon employment eligibility status with HACLA*

Reviews, documents, and analyzes tenant files; summarizes and prepares reports.

Type: Temporary, up to one (1) year, limited benefits

Partial remote work. In-person site inspections are required.

Determines daily priorities; schedules and makes appointments for inspections, performs inspections and deals with client /landlord issues.

Prepares detailed unit inspection packets regarding the condition, soundness, and general stability of the unit.

Maintains records of building and inspection activities and completes related reports.
