Housing Case Manager Jobs in Washington

Prior experience with Supported Housing, Supported Employment, Medicaid reimbursement program requirements, and case management.

Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant law, fair housing laws, Homeless Management Information Systems, Shelter Plus Care Guidelines and community housing resources.

Primary Responsibilities of Housing Specialist | Case Manager

Assists individuals in the community to obtain necessary documentation for benefits and to coordinate service provision.

2 years experience working in a social service or behavioral health agency.

Experience working with adults with chronic and persistent mental health concerns.

Previous property management experience is required, fee management preferred

Supervises property staff to ensure goals are met; this includes hiring, training, and performance management

Proven supervisory skills to hire, lead, direct, and evaluate team members

Being financially savvy; previous experience in creating/adhering to budgets, fiscal reporting

Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively

Manage daily operations of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals
