Ability to detect structural faults and code violations and to appraise the quality of construction and materials used
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and blueprints quickly and accurately, and to compare them with building in progress

Duties include cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas; stocking supplies; responding to guest requests; and providing information about the facility and local attractions.
