Detailed Job Description Housing Attendants are responsible for providing a safe and comfortable environment for guests in a hotel, motel, or other lodging facility. They are responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean and well-maintained, and that all guests receive excellent customer service. Duties include cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas; stocking supplies; responding to guest requests; and providing information about the facility and local attractions. Housing Attendants may also be responsible for checking guests in and out, collecting payments, and handling complaints. Job Skills Required
