Overview Housing Attendants are responsible for providing a safe and comfortable environment for guests in a hotel, motel, or other lodging facility. They are responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean and well-maintained, and that all guests receive excellent customer service. Detailed Job Description Housing Attendants are responsible for providing a safe and comfortable environment for guests in a hotel, motel, or other lodging facility. They are responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean and well-maintained, and that all guests receive excellent customer service. Duties include cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas; stocking supplies; responding to guest requests; and providing information about the facility and local attractions. Housing Attendants may also be responsible for checking guests in and out, collecting payments, and handling complaints. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role
