General Responsibilities As a MOD Personal Assistant Include

Meal Planning / Grocery Shopping / Food Preparation

Must be willing to drive to a clients home/office

Have at least 3 years of management experience.

Excellent Human resources management skills.

Possesses superior process and time management skills.

Have experience managing 3+ subordinates.

Negotiate and manage contracts, supervise work and review invoices.

Experience with handling and caring for fine art, fine furniture, and collectibles.

Have at least 3 years of management experience.

Keep an inventory of personal items for principals, and restock as needed. Manage PAR lists.

Conduct phone/video interviews and determine the qualification of candidates.

Have experience managing 3+ subordinates.

Proven experience working as a personal assistant is required.

Experience working in the Hospitality industry or a family office is preferred.
