The Hourly Loss Control and Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and loss control support to the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that all loss control processes are followed and that all data is accurately recorded and reported. The Hourly Loss Control and Admin Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:

• Monitor and review loss control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain and update loss control records and databases.
• Assist in the development and implementation of loss control strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of safety and security protocols.
• Monitor and review safety and security protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents.
• Prepare and submit reports on loss control activities.
• Provide administrative support to the loss control department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
