The Chief Maintenance Engineer is also responsible for ensuring that all maintenance staff are properly trained and equipped to handle any maintenance needs that may arise.

The Hotel Chief Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel’s maintenance operations. This includes ensuring the safety and security of the hotel, as well as the maintenance of all hotel equipment and systems. The Chief Maintenance Engineer is also responsible for ensuring that all maintenance staff are properly trained and equipped to handle any maintenance needs that may arise. The Chief Maintenance Engineer will also be responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans, as well as responding to emergency maintenance requests.
