Must have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.

Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.

Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.

Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.

Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized.

Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.

Must have full knowledge of specials and soup of the day

Knowledge of Togo/Delivery and catering menus; know how items are prepared; know ingredients in all menu items

Ability to maintain Mary's score cards standards

Ensure customers are not on hold for more than sixty seconds

Ensure all phone calls are answered within two rings.
