Web Hosting Support Engineer Jobs

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage support cases.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role, ideally supporting SDK products or developer-oriented tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically to resolve complex technical issues.

Offer new or helpful products/options to improve the customer’s experience.

The position is remote working from home.

Manage the customers’ expectations and deliver on the expectations you have set.

Prior working experience in Web Support Hosting Company doing configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem solving is a Plus.

Previous knowledge of any of the following systems is preferred: cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS, ConnectWise

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume call center.
