Hospitality Representative Jobs

Offer high level hospitality to all residents, guests and employees.

Support sale manager and directors in general administrative duties.

Answer the telephone and distribute mail.

Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required.

Assist the Arena Experience and Operations team with game day responsibilities including walk-throughs, group events, building maintenance.

Serve as a Manager on Duty for certain Amway Center events and small Orlando Magic events.

Work directly with internal teams and City of Orlando to request, track, and manage all small and large building maintenance requests.

College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience required.

Minimum of one year of administrative experience, event set-up/teardown, event operations or similar experiences are required.

5+ years of work related experience.

Answering phone calls, greeting clients and reserving conference rooms.

Assembling and disassembling multipurpose rooms for meetings and events

Conducting physical office moves and coordinating furniture and box relocations

General monitoring and periodically assessing janitorial supply shortage information for supply reordering.

Maintaining and replenishing supplies in conference room, copy rooms, coat closets and pantries.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps

Bachelor’s degree or at least three (3) years of relevant work experience

Sales experience with a history of exceeding lead generation and qualifying sales targets

Experience generating large quality lead lists that meet company standards and match ideal customer profiles and buyer’s personas

Strong communication skills via phone and email

Proven creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills

Experience working with CRM platforms such as Desk, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Gladly

1+ year of professional customer support experience in food, hospitality and/or lifestyle brand

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Encourage social channel engagement by monitoring channels and interacting with guests.

Ensure complaints and suggestions are documented and reported to various Shake Shack departments by accurately updating guest records within our CRM

Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests concerns are being handled appropriately.
