Hospitality Operations Associate Jobs in Florida

Assist with inventory management and collaborate with team on ad-hoc projects

Guide guests through the Mint House experience; deliver a personalized first impression upon arrival to exceed expectations

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in hospitality and / or customer facing environment

Understand the importance of creating a meaningful experience and bring that spirit to our guests

Execute on arrival inspections and unit departure to ensure units are constantly meeting or exceeding brand standards

Park and retrieve guests vehicles in a safely and timely manner from our valet parking location

Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required.

Assist the Arena Experience and Operations team with game day responsibilities including walk-throughs, group events, building maintenance.

Serve as a Manager on Duty for certain Amway Center events and small Orlando Magic events.

Work directly with internal teams and City of Orlando to request, track, and manage all small and large building maintenance requests.

College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience required.

Minimum of one year of administrative experience, event set-up/teardown, event operations or similar experiences are required.
