Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with certification in ServSafe or equivalent.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex food service operations.
Proficiency in computer applications, including food service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven experience as a Food Service Director in a FULL-SERVICE HOSPITAL setting.
