The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Part Time is responsible for providing end-of-life care to terminally ill patients and their families. The RN will assess the patient’s condition, develop a plan of care, and provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families. The RN will also coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, social workers, and counselors. The RN will also provide education and support to the patient’s family and caregivers.
