Travels to assigned locations to inspect HUD homes to appropriate codes/standards. Inspection includes determining if construction and/or installation are compliant.
Assists with correspondence with external customers (manufacturers, contractors, licensees, etc) regarding compliance with adopted codes and standards.
Attends all internal meetings and mandatory training.
