Speaks knowledgeably about Option Care’s scope of services and effectively instructs patients about related financial obligations for care and service charges.

Participates in nursing department on-call responsibilities.

Actively participates in facility process improvement program and assists Supervisor or Nurse Manager with chart audit functions as applicable.

Safety requirements include closed toe-shoes, facemask, goggles, gown and/or gloves and functioning device for communication in both routine and emergency situations.

Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)

Demonstrates compliance with agency operations, Option Care’s policies and procedures, professional standards, local, state, federal regulations/guidelines, and accreditation standards.

Ability to meet company and regulatory driving record requirements

Someone who's at least 21 years of age

Gathers appropriate paperwork for deliveries

Secures product in delivery vehicle / preserves condition of product during pickup and delivery

Delivers Customer orders to their specified location (e.g., home, office) accurately, safely, and on time

Unloads Customer orders from delivery vehicle; obtains Customer signature for order; may assist with getting order inside

Knowledge of Windows 10 and EMR

Strong communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.

Follow-up visits for titration of medications.

Work with severely depressed patients.

Monitoring vital signs of TMS Therapy and esketamine therapy patients.

Provide a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.
