RN Home Health FT is a full-time position for a Registered Nurse who provides home health care services to patients in their homes. The RN Home Health FT is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. The RN Home Health FT must be able to assess the patient’s condition and develop a plan of care that is tailored to the patient’s individual needs. The RN Home Health FT must be able to provide direct patient care, including administering medications, providing wound care, and providing education to the patient and family. The RN Home Health FT must also be able to coordinate care with other healthcare providers and ensure that the patient’s care plan is followed.
