Home Care Staff Coordinator Jobs

Assist with staffing/scheduling activities, soliciting, and input from managers

Healthcare/Medical Licensure or equivalency; with an additional three (3) years of professional experience

Nursing knowledge and training necessary to treat frail, elderly participants and care for complicated clinical conditions preferred

In collaboration with Home Care Services staff, track and monitor home care and hour scheduling

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Conduct training sessions and workshops to continuously improve the skills and knowledge of our caregivers.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare a plus

Maintain accurate records of staff documents, certifications, licenses, and training credentials.

Collaborate with our team to create customized care plans tailored to each client's specific requirements.

Proven experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably in home care or healthcare.
