Home Based Therapists provide counseling and other therapeutic services, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and family therapy. They also provide crisis intervention services, and refer clients to other professionals or community resources when necessary. Home Based Therapists must maintain accurate records of their clients’ progress and document all services provided.
