5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate

Experience in CNS is required

Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs)

Ability to work with little or no supervision

Compiling clinical research specific knowledge and content for use by internal stakeholders.

Demonstrated writing skills and ability to provide sample copy created.

Minimum 10 years of experience working in or alongside clinical research.

Minimum 5 years experience as a clinical research copywriter

Demonstrates good organizational and communication skills.

Is highly reliable and consistently meets or exceeds job requirements.

Have a passion for travel with the interest, knowledge, and experience to become a customer’s trusted advisor

Listen to the customers’ needs and proactively offer options

Offer a high level of customer service

On occasion, be offered voluntary overtime and required to work mandatory overtime

Are resourceful, skilled in problem-solving and are able to handle difficult/stressful situations

Have previous Reservations and/or Customer Service experience in a contact center environment
