High School Director Of Student Activities Jobs

Perform personnel management activities such as interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, and resolving problems

Collaborate with Department Managers to create and implement student enrollment strategies, managing resources to meet performance expectations

Provide leadership in executing the business plan, controlling expenses, and performing other managerial functions as needed

Oversee the daily operations of the High School Admissions Office

Develop and direct High School Admissions activities to achieve its goals and objectives

Ensure all Admissions operations comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and the company's policies and procedures

Knowledge of learning management systems and higher education-related systems such as Banner.

Minimum of three (3) years successful managerial work experience in higher education or human development programs/activities (adolescents or adults.)

Knowledge of Salesforce (Target X) customer relationship management software.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that reporting areas offer sufficient student life engagement opportunities for online and adult learners.

Effectively communicate college policies, procedures and responsibilities to staff, faculty, and students.
