Job Description of High to Mid Level Sushi Chefs High to Mid Level Sushi Chefs are responsible for preparing and presenting sushi dishes in a professional and creative manner. They must have a thorough knowledge of sushi ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation styles. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
