Manage time, organize and plan work load and responsibilities
Associate degree in Business Administration, Insurance or a related field or the equivalent in related work experience

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
Maintains knowledge of current trends, developments and programs in children’s programming by being familiar with all EHFC printed material, advertisements, etc.
Performs other clerical related duties including data entry, word processing, copying, etc. as required.
Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross required within 90 days of employment.
Oversees the daily shift operation of the Service Desk area as follows:
Completes guest check in/out registration for all guests in accordance with EHFC policy;

Experience with Microsoft Windows releases – Windows 10 and 7.
Experience handling phone support for software packages and the ability to gather facts about problems.
Working knowledge of a relational database such as Microsoft SQL Server a plus.
Provide third shift computer operator duties on month ends, monitoring, and support operations of IBM I-Series system.
