Overview:

The Hedis Outreach Coordinator is responsible for coordinating outreach activities for the Health Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) program. This includes developing and implementing outreach strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing technical assistance to ensure successful completion of the HEDIS program.

Detailed Job Description:

The Hedis Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies for the HEDIS program. This includes developing and executing outreach plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing technical assistance to ensure successful completion of the HEDIS program. The Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as providers, health plans, and other organizations. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, such as the HEDIS team, the Quality Improvement team, and other departments.
