Hedge Fund Credit Vice President Jobs in Florida

Experience with alternative asset managers, namely hedge funds and/or private equity funds.

Knowledge of and experience with negotiating credit points in primary trading legal documentation (ISDA, MRA, PBCA, FCSA, etc.)

Demonstrated commitment to risk management and core values of the organization.

Comply with Wells Fargo's firm values, credit policies & procedures, and the bank's risk management framework.

Extensive knowledge of capital markets and counterparty credit risk, including the major financing and OTC traded products.

Experience with Prime Brokerage, FCM, Repo, Foreign Exchange, and other financing or clearing businesses for leveraged funds.

Strong managerial skills and experience managing offshore locations

Perform client management & oversight

Manage hub location delivery of NAV work

Excellent knowledge of hedge funds including but not limited to products, fees, fund structures, allocations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelors of Science required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, preferred.

15+ years of direct experience in management, private credit agency and/or administration at a securities or investment firm.

Administration and management of investments including borrower communication, cash monitoring, trade and accrual bookings, loan and interest statements, and reconciliations.

Work with upper management to establish a global operating model to ensure proper resourcing of expected firm expansion.

Collaborate with senior managers to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards group level goals including efficiency initiatives and process improvements.

Bachelor’s degree from a top university, ideally in a quantitative area (e.g., finance, economics, accounting).

Private credit experience and familiarity with various financial instruments across industries
