Interact with trading, management, and other research teams across the firm.

2-5 years job experience in finance which must include sellside or buyside (long only or hedge fund) experience

Gain insight to the challenging dynamics of working on an equity focused, long/short, multi-manager hedge-fund platform.

Acquire expertise working with a Portfolio Manager who is a seasoned US and European Healthcare sector expert.

Excellent broad-based analytical skills with a strong quantitative background (may have credentials such as the CFA or CPA)

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders across businesses and leadership levels

5+ years’ work experience with minimum 3 years of project based work

Experience in individual contributor roles that can leverage other teams to achieve goals

Ability to manage ambiguity, work independently and be able to chart direction of projects

Superior data modeling and presentation skills

Possession of exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Experience with support efforts in the areas of policy analysis, government relations, research, or communications

Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of the legislative process and health policy

Experience with strategic planning in a healthcare system, medical group, or health plan

Experience with commercial healthcare systems, medical groups, or health plans

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR HEALTH CARE ANALYST:

Assures compliance requirements are communicated, implemented, and monitored on an ongoing basis. Leads group or committee discussions.

Two (2) years in Medicare managed care

Analyst experience required with proven experience in quality improvement and process methodologies, operational analysis, data analysis, and problem resolution type activities.

CMS Medicare Audit Experience - Medicare ODAG, preferred

Excellent knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access etc.).
