5+ years experience in Healthcare/business knowledge in member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, pharmacy claims

Experience in gathering business requirements.

Good/Excellent SQL skills (5+ years)

Work remotely within the United States.

Creates accurate mapping documents according to the mapping process.

Presents analysis and design recommendations to lead MITA teams, customer and/or vendors into the acceptance of the design.

Utilize healthcare data knowledge to help to craft data analyses to support client analyses and internal products.

Work with SQL to query, merge and analyze large datasets.

Understand and work with all aspects of healthcare claims data to identify trends and other salient information.

Work on FAIR Health data products and create reports and analytics that reflect actionable, value-infused information.

Evaluate and establish validity of FAIR Health data product information to ensure accuracy and completeness of all reporting results.

Investigate and resolve issues independently related to FAIR Health data products.

3+ years of experience working in a Managed Care (Medicare experience preferred)

Assist in designing an overall suite of analytic capabilities and actionable reports to monitor risk adjustment performance

Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards for the Finance department using various tools (SQL, Tableau, and SAS).

3+ years of strong experience working with SQL, Tableau and SAS

Perform data analysis to optimize risk adjusted revenue and provide insights to stakeholders

Serve as a subject matter expert for the risk adjustment model, reporting and analysis

Translate business needs into development requirements and data-driven deliverables.

Salary is commensurate with experience in the range of 65k – 102k.

Design, develop and automate custom data processes using workflow tools to create FAIR Health data products.

Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to optimize and automate data processes.

Debug, investigate and resolve errors that occur within database-stored procedures.

Create and understand advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets.

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

At least three (3) years of experience in healthcare analytics

Experience using data to improve clinical measures and revenue cycle

Strong communication skills, including presenting performance and findings

Decisive analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Experience working in an early-stage startup
