They must be knowledgeable about the different types of health insurance plans available, including HMOs, PPOs, and indemnity plans. They must be able to explain the benefits and drawbacks of each plan and help clients choose the best plan for their needs. Health Insurance Agents must also be able to explain the terms of the plans and answer any questions clients may have. They must be able to explain the different coverage options and help clients understand the different deductibles, co-pays, and other costs associated with the plans. Health Insurance Agents must also be able to help clients complete the necessary paperwork to enroll in a plan. They must be able to explain the different forms and help clients fill them out correctly. They must also be able to explain the different payment options and help clients choose the best payment plan for their needs. Job Skills Required
