Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Analyze costs, value and risks of technology to advise management and suggest actions

Ideal familiarity with CRM, Inventory Websites, Business Process Management applications, Microsoft Dynamics

Determine KPIs and create dashboards for all departments and management

Create customer journey maps to break down information silos and improve customer experience

Responsible for maintaining efficient project cycles by owning user stories, technical requirement documentation, and schedules

Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably withing the private equity, investment management, real estate or financial services space

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of technology professionals

In-depth understanding of information security best practices, risk management, and regulatory compliance

Strong business acumen – from P&L management to metrics and measures

Effective Management Of Operational Excellence

Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure, systems integration, and software development methodologies
