Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience may be accepted.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in the construction, roofing, or solar industries.
Communicate safety concerns and recommendations to management and collaborate on implementing preventive measures.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and safety management software is preferred.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to develop site-specific safety plans and ensure adherence to those plans.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA 500 regulations and best practices for construction safety.
