Head Of Hardware Jobs

Partner with product management and leadership to identify and translate VergeSense’s customer’s needs into product requirements and rigorous hardware design specifications

Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams (program management, firmware, mechanical, operations, etc) to ensure coordinated development and delivery

Familiar with Product Life Cycle stages and supply chain management process from concept to mass production (MP). manufacturing

Experience as a technical lead designing hardware systems/products that have been deployed to customers at scale and supported

Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing an electrical engineering systems team

Experience in JDM (shared design) and CM (fully internally designed) engagements

Experienced in building products for both ecommerce and brick and mortar retail globally, familiarity with regulatory requirements a must.

At least 5 years of experience managing supply chains and multiple vendors.

An excellent project manager with a love of turning complicated, multi-stakeholder projects

Experienced in component sourcing, optimizing BOM pricing, etc.
