Detailed Job Description:

The Head Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of grounds and landscaping at a facility. This includes mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, planting, pruning, and watering of lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds. The Head Groundskeeper is also responsible for the maintenance of walkways, driveways, and other outdoor areas. This position requires the ability to operate a variety of groundskeeping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and edgers. The Head Groundskeeper is also responsible for the supervision of groundskeeping staff, and for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
