The Head Estimator is responsible for leading the estimating team in the preparation of accurate and timely estimates for construction projects. The Head Estimator will be responsible for leading the estimating team in the preparation of accurate and timely estimates for construction projects. The Head Estimator will oversee the development of estimates, review and analyze bids, and ensure that all estimates are completed in accordance with company standards. The Head Estimator will also be responsible for managing the estimating process, including the development of cost estimates, the review of subcontractor bids, and the preparation of reports. The Head Estimator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.What is Head Estimator Job Skills Required?

What is Head Estimator Job Qualifications?
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
