Internationally recognized Brewing Science degree or certification preferred.
Working knowledge of process analysis software tools (Tend, Insights, MES, etc.)
In depth knowledge of both theoretical and practical brewing process
Working knowledge of both basic and extraneous brewing ingredients
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively work with co-workers across the organization.
