Harvesting whole plants for processing with care - following the SOP to maintain trichome integrity

Running harvested plants to dry rooms

Trim cannabis without touching or cutting into the flowers

Following strict biosecurity protocols, maintaining sanitation of tools and person

Has strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer skills to include MS word, excel, and Pos Systems

Promote a positive working environment and lead by example

Ensure quality of hospitality, service, and product

Responsible for scheduling, planning, timing, motivation, and supervision of all employees

Responsible for daily financial controls
