A Hadoop Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Hadoop clusters. They are also responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and security of the Hadoop clusters.

• Knowledge of Hadoop architecture and components
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and Shell
• Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Knowledge of distributed computing concepts
• Knowledge of cloud computing
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug Hadoop clusters
• Ability to work with large datasets
