Previous experience of 2-4 years of a Nurse Manager in a hospital of comparable size and/or accountability.

Remains knowledgeable in advances in the healthcare environment through continuing education.

Able to communicate effectively in writing and orally and able to coordinate and integrate the complexities of patient care.

Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri.

Working with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience

Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience

Excellent knowledge of preparing, reviewing, and delivering required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Maintaining and building client and advisor relationships with a high client retention rate

Maintaining a caseload of 401(k) plans and retirement plans sponsored by tax-exempt entities
