Prior experience in personal training or management of personal trainers are highly preferred

Strong understanding of operations and performance metrics, including P&L, budgeting, inventory, employee relations and labor management, facilities maintenance

Assist in hiring, training, developing, and mentoring our club team members, ensuring our standards exceed our members' expectations

Engage with our members, walking on the gym floor, greeting our guests, and assisting members with any fitness needs

Review and monitor our distinctive GOLD's STUDIO programs, from membership engagement, scheduling programs, reporting, and evaluations
