Overview The Guest Services Director is responsible for overseeing the operations of the guest services department. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to improve the guest experience. The Guest Services Director is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer service. Detailed Job Description The Guest Services Director is responsible for overseeing the operations of the guest services department. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to improve the guest experience. The Guest Services Director is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer service. The Guest Services Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff. The Guest Services Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing customer service initiatives, such as loyalty programs and customer surveys. • Knowledge of computer systems and software
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
