Guest Experience Attractions Attendant Jobs

Oversee budgets, labor management, and contribute to the preparation of the annual operating, 5-year, MGOI, IFP, and capital plans

Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Theme Park or Hospitality Management

Show innovation in creating a Leadership and Cast coverage model that balances experience throughout the entire operating day and week

Recent Walt Disney World® Resort experience in Park Operations

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a leader with direct reports

Experience leading a team in a unionized environment

Adhere to strict safety requirements to secure visitors and create a safe environment throughout attraction experiences.

Demonstrate multitasking skills by efficiently managing various responsibilities simultaneously.

Embrace additional tasks assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of attraction operations.

Maintain a deep understanding of attraction requirements, safety protocols, and proper visitor usage.

Assist guests in navigating attractions, providing clear explanations of each element and offering encouragement as needed.

Verify that children meet height and age requirements for attractions, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.

Must be able to follow verbal and written directions from the Guest Experience Management team.

Consistently demonstrates excellent guest interaction and hospitality skills.

Assists other locations and areas throughout the park as direct by the assist manager.

Consistent attendance and punctuality are a job requirement

Requires a minimum of 6 months of customer service-related experience, preferably 12+ months of customer service experience.

Provide a courteous greeting as guests approach each attraction.
