Technical knowledge of insurance and risk management, gained within the insurance industry, reinsurance, or alternatively within a commercial environment

Strong experience within the field of risk management or insurance brokerage, underwriting or claims handling

Provide risk management/insurance support to RES business units within Europe.

Basic knowledge of standard project construction contracts, operational contracts, common project finance and procurement models

Proficiency with data management, document control and spreadsheet analysis

Assist with managing local fronting policies to meet local requirements

Knowledge of group insurance products

Ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, meet deadline requirements and be flexible to meet changing customer needs.

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

Estimated Hourly Wage: $18.75-$27.30, plus annual bonus opportunity

Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.

Ensure correct management and quality of information in the insurance systems, including premium and invoice review for accuracy, allocation and timeliness

Must have five (5) years senior insurance experience (from e.g., an insurance company, law firm, broker, corporate, etc.)

Strong business judgment, and problem-solving skills are desirable, along with the desire and ability to learn and grow.

Knowledge of other lines of insurance an advantage, such as Property Damage and Business Interruption.

Senior Audit Process Manager Responsibilities

Senior Audit Process Manager, Risk Review Group

Demonstrate advanced understanding of audit concepts within planning, fieldwork and reporting, as well as workpaper documentation, audit findings, and audit reports.

Demonstrate the ability to perform in an organizational culture of respect and personal accountability regarding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Storytelling: Demonstrates basic storytelling principles to create compelling stories that will positively influence clients and potential clients

Minimum of three (3) years of risk management, claims, finance, analysis, or related experience is required

Coordinate with Treasury Cash Management on claim deposit requirements

Perform activities including reconciling reports from brokers and vendors, creating reports for management, and responding to requests for additional information

Assist Utilization Management with procedures for managing transplant cases

Ability to interact with all levels of management as well as external stakeholders

Work with broker to manage certificate of insurance requests
