Manage Wire payments from wholesalers
Ability to perform “Physical Requirements” and “Mental Effort Requirements” as explained
Strong computer skills. Proficient in windows-based computer programs to include email, word , and Excel
1-2 years hotel wholesale experience in invoicing, collecting, and applying payments for pre-paid wholesale accounts
1-2 years hotel group billing experience in monitoring PM account charges, auditing PM accounts, meeting billing deadlines
Perform on-site billing review with clients when requested

The Group Housing Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing the billing process for group housing accounts. This includes:

• Processing customer payments and ensuring accurate billing
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining customer records and updating account information
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing customer service
• Generating reports and analyzing data
• Assisting with other billing and accounting tasks as needed
Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of accounting and billing processes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in billing and/or accounting
• Knowledge of accounting software
